• Renter must be at least 21 years old
• Boats may not operate in the Gulf of Mexico
• Renter must observe all boating laws and is responsible for any violations
• Towing, skiing and tubing are not allowed
• It is illegal to drive onto beach (boats must be anchored)
• All boats must return no later than 4:30 p.m. or a $100 per-hour late fee will be charged
• Boats must be refueled or $4.27 per gallon will be charged upon return
• All trash must be removed from boats or renter will be charged a $50 cleaning fee
• Renter will be charged for any physical damage to vessel
